what is yoga?

Yoga is a South Asian physical and spiritual practice that uses breath, movement, meditation and philosophy to invite unified awareness of self and existence. I come to yoga first and always as a student, borrowing this practice and passing it forward.

FREE QUEER YOGA

Second Tuesday of each Month | 5:30pm EST | Zoom

Our practice will be rooted in personal physical autonomy and authority. We’ll move through a series of postures and breath work in order to connect with our inner and outer ecosystems before ending in a decadent, restorative rest.

BE QUEER NOW: TRANS* YOGA

First Saturday of the Month | 3pm EST | Zoom

A monthly 60 minute yoga class for trans and non-binary people of all bodies to connect with each other, our inner ecosystems and our space in existence. Any or no experience is welcome. Offered as part of Be Queer Now from Sasha Sigel.

We ask our cisgender allies to support us by leaving the space for trans and non-binary folks.

PRIVATE YOGA

One-on-one yoga sessions with me are available on a sliding scale. I will work with you to understand the needs of your body and develop a practice that will help you move towards physical, mental, emotional and spiritual alignment.
